Lot 29, Filing No. 1, Kings Row Subdivision. Required stair
height.
Mr. Greg Wood has submitted a plan to your for review and approval. I
understand that the height of this building may be of concern. Under the
1988 Uniform Building Code, the stair in this building is required to have a
headroom height of 6 feet 8 inches. This requirement may be taken into
consideration by Control Authority in their review of this concern. If you
