Con- nection to or use with any dwelling or structures not approved by the Building and Zoning office shall automatically be a violation or a requirement of the permit and cause for both legal action and revocation of the permit. 3. The following changes were noted under the installation observation performed on August 08 2008. The system was found to have been generally installed as per the design. The trenches were modified to accommodate existing vegetation which resulted in trenches being installed unevenly. The total infiltrative area remains the same. The tank was in and bedded correctly with risers installed and sealed as required. The laterals entering the distribution box had speed levelers installed. Infiltrators were installed in the trenches complete with monitoring ports. At the time of inspection final grading had yet to be completed ensuring maximum ground cover of 42 inches as per design. Risers were to be installed at final elevations and sealed as necessary. The components of the ISDS system appeared to be installed in general conformance with our plans and specifications. Our installation observations do not imply a guarantee of warranty of materials or workmanship.
