The work was completed under Garfield County permit no. 4333 on parcel no. 2395-014-00-108. Work completed under the above referenced permit included installation of a 1,250 gallon septic tank for primary treatment of the office waste followed by installation of a lift station to transfer septage so generated to the drywell on the adjacent property. The lift station consisted of a 500 gallon concrete tank with 240V float controlled effluent pump with external video and audio overflow alarms. The installation was inspected by this office on 08/09/07. The construction was all completed in a manner to afford compliance with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment regulations and requirements addressing onsite wastewater treatment systems.
