Box 3149 Vail, CO 81658 Dear Fred: RE: Inspection of Septic System Installation Irrawaddy Ranch 3944 Sweetwater Road Eagle County, Colorado Project No. 06067 At the request of Tom Luby and Levi Scofield, on October 6 and November 10, 2006, we visited the construction site on Irrawaddy Ranch, 3944 Sweetwater Road, Eagle County, Colorado. The purpose of our site visits was to inspect the installation of the septic system. They installed the system in overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing No. 06067SD.DWG, last revised September 28, 2006, and as shown on the attached as -built sketch. They installed a 1000 -gallon, two compartments, precast, concrete, septic tank at about 20 feet northeast from the northeast building comer. A cleanout was constructed between the septic tank and the residence. Fifty-seven, Q-4, Standard Infiltrator Chambers were installed in three trenches, with nineteen infiltrators in each. The infiltrators were connected with serial distribution. In the first and last infiltrator of each trench, inspection ports were installed. The trenches were about 9 feet on center and no more than 36 inches deep. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
