The system was installed in accordance with the approved plans dated July 23, 2003, as revised Nov. 14, 2003. The location of the septic tank was moved slightly to accommodate landscaping. As-built drawings Ylhich show the actual location of the tank and absorption field are enclosed. Also, the enclosed photos show the layout of construction prior to and after backfilling, but prior to landscaping. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
