This letter is to serve as our certification that the system was installed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications provided under the revised plan date of December 12, 2005. We request that the final permit for this system be issued. The only significant change made was to install a three -compartment, 2,000 - gallon Front Range Precast (FLXX) septic tank to serve as primary, secondary, and pump chamber, rather than having a separate pump chamber. This reduces the excavation required, and the risk of having a joint in a separate pump chamber leak, a risk that does not exist with the one-piece FLXX tanks. If you have any questions, please call.
