RE: Young ISDS - Permit No. 4137, Final As -Built Plans
Dear Andy:
The attached two -sheet set of plans with today's date in the revision block,
reflect the "as -built" ISDS installed for James and Nancy Young at their
residence at 0311 Coryell Road (CR -167).
This letter is to serve as our certification that the system was installed in
substantial compliance with the plans and specifications provided under the
revised plan date of December 12, 2005. We request that the final permit for
this system be issued.
The only significant change made was to install a three -compartment, 2,000 -
gallon Front Range Precast (FLXX) septic tank to serve as primary, secondary,
and pump chamber, rather than having a separate pump chamber. This reduces
the excavation required, and the risk of having a joint in a separate pump
chamber leak, a risk that does not exist with the one-piece FLXX tanks.
If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
,,, i IIII1I,, ,
Ganiiii ;A ,I n Inc.
