Des c rip ti on of Project: We currently have one residence and desire to add an Accessory
Dwelling Unit. The property is 36.3 acres and the ADU will not exceed 3000sqft.
We will use an existing shared well, permitted for 3 single family residences and seek
a new permit to add a septic system unique to the ADU. The addition of the ADU is
intended for family use only.
