HomeMy WebLinkAbout1.26 Traffic StudyTRAFFIC​ ​STUDY We​ ​do​ ​not​ ​adding​ ​any​ ​additional​ ​traffic​ ​to​ ​or​ ​from​ ​the​ ​property​ ​than​ ​already​ ​exists​ ​today. We​ ​currently​ ​average​ ​a​ ​total​ ​of​ ​10​ ​trips​ ​per​ ​day​ ​either​ ​to​ ​or​ ​from​ ​our​ ​property.​ ​​ ​That​ ​is inclusive​ ​of​ ​all​ ​vehicles​ ​leaving​ ​or​ ​returning​ ​from​ ​work​ ​or​ ​school​ ​or​ ​activities​ ​with​ ​a​ ​factor of​ ​1​ ​visit​ ​per​ ​day​ ​for​ ​a​ ​UPS​ ​or​ ​FedEx​ ​delivery​ ​(not​ ​that​ ​we​ ​even​ ​come​ ​close​ ​to​ ​that​ ​level of​ ​delivery​ ​and​ ​any​ ​deliveries​ ​are​ ​for​ ​residential​ ​purposes​ ​and​ ​not​ ​to​ ​serve​ ​a​ ​business on​ ​the​ ​property).​ ​​ ​​ ​We​ ​currently​ ​have​ ​a​ ​permitted​ ​concrete​ ​slab​ ​adjacent​ ​to​ ​County Road​ ​311​ ​that​ ​serves​ ​our​ ​driveway​ ​and​ ​we​ ​would​ ​use​ ​that​ ​same​ ​access​ ​to​ ​serve​ ​the ADU.
