1.26 Traffic Study
TRAFFIC STUDY We do not adding any additional traffic to or from the property than already exists today. We currently average a total of 10 trips per day either to or from our property. That is inclusive of all vehicles leaving or returning from work or school or activities with a factor of 1 visit per day for a UPS or FedEx delivery (not that we even come close to that level of delivery and any deliveries are for residential purposes and not to serve a business on the property). We currently have a permitted concrete slab adjacent to County Road 311 that serves our driveway and we would use that same access to serve the ADU.
