THE CONTRACTOR MUST INSTALL AND MAINTAIN EROSION CONTROL FACILITIES. ADDITIONAL EROSION CONTROL MAY BE REQUIRED DEPENDING ON SITE CONDITlONS AND WEATHER AND IS CONSIDERED A PART OF THE WORK. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULARLY INSPECTlNG ALL TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EROSION CONTROL MEASURES. 7. CERTlFIED WEED FREE EROSION LOGS OR SILT FENCE SHALL BE PLACED AT THE TOE AND DRAINAGE OUTFALL POINTS OF ALL SLOPES 3:1 OR STEEPER TO PREVENT SILTATION ON STREETS. EROSION LOGS WILL BE PLACED IN COMPLETED SWALES TO CONTROL SWALE EROSION. 8. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL, COUNTY AND STATE REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO GRADING, DUST AND EROSION. 9. ALL DISTURBED AREAS SHALL RE-SEEDED, MULCHED OR SODDED AS PER THE GARFIELD COUNTY REQUIREMENTS OR PERMITTED LANDSCAPING PLAN DETAILS. 10. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE SITE DIG AND FOUNDATlONS AT ALL TIMES. 11. ANY SLOPES OVER 3:1 WILL HAVE A TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL BLANKET INSTALLED FOR SLOPE STABILITY. GRASSES WILL GROW THROUGH THE BLANKET TO COMPLETE ITS STABILIZING PROPERTIES. 12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE ONE (1) SIGNED/PERMITTED COPY OF THE PLANS WHICH HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE COUNTY AND THE PROJECT ENGINEER ON SITE AT ALL TlMES. 13. MAINTAIN POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM STRUCTURES IN ALL DIRECTIONS PER THE DRAINAGE PLAN AND GEOTECHNICAL REPORT REQUIREMENTS. 14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND SCHEDULE A PRE-CONSTRUCTlON MEETlNG AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO ANY EXCAVATION.
