My review of the survey completed by Scott Bfackard, PLS and provided by you via email on 11/02/2017; the 100 -
year flood boundary shown in FEMA Community Panel 080205 1453B (effective January 3 1986); and base flood
elevations displayed in Panel 08P of the Flood Insurance Study for Garfield County, Unincorporated Areas Volume
1, (effective January 3 1986), indicates that the proposed planters, deck and patio wilt be constructed outside of
the 100 -year flood boundary.
