Verify size & specs of transfer beam supporting upper level floor & located above steel posts at center of main ./ level garagey'd. Verify deck & stair framing including beam size/specs. Ve. Verify type of exterior siding as none is called out on the exterior elevations or building section. Please have your Engineer follow-up with this information at their earliest convenience so that we can finalize our review & issue your building permit. Ranches, Lot 13 - Permit #BLRE-10-L7-4993 Owner's Agreement for Garage.pdf Clayton: I have reviewed plans for your proposed Garage/Shop building, but before I can finalize my review & issue a building permit there are a couple of items we still need to receive from you including: a. Soils Report - Can you please forward a copy of the soils report prepared by HP-Kumar as referenced on the Structuraldrawings? b. Owner's Agreement for Garage - Since you are building this garage/shop prior to a residence on your property, Garfield County requires that you complete the attached "Owner's Agreement" which specifically limits use of the garage/shop as described and also states that you will be building your residential dwelling within 12 months. Please complete this agreement and return a digital copy to me for our records. After we receive these items from you we should be able to finalize our review & issue your building permit rather quickly. Please note that our office will be closed tomorrow in observance of the Veteran's Day holiday, but we will reopen at 8am on Monday.
