This Waiver of Standards Requests accompanies the Limited Impact Review application for the above
referenced project. We are requesting a Waiver of Standards for the required submittal documents per
section 4-201: Application Submittal Requirements
Garfield County land development code, Table 4-201 requires submittal items for a Limited Impact Review
including:
1. A development agreement will be required for any project for which the Applicant is requesting a
vested rights period longer than 3 years.
2. An improvements agreement may be required for any project for which public improvements are
necessary.
Neither of these requirements are applicable as no public improvements, offsite improvements and/or civil
infrastructure are proposed in this application and therefore, a waiver is requested for both of these
documents.
