INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & PROJECTIONS. A LOT IMPROVEMENT SURVEY,
SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION
INSPECTION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE.
4l oPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REQUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1-200 PSF
MINIMUM SOILS BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE OVER-EXCAVATION WITH STRUCTURAL
FILL AT FOOTINGS & FOUNDATIONS PER SOILS REPORT RECOMMENDATIONS AND
STRUCTURAL ENGIN EER,S REQUIREMENTS.
5) APPROVED PLANS TNCLUDE AN UNFTNTSHED BASEMENT, WHICH MUST BE INSULATED,
coNDtTtoNED AND TNCLUDE L/2" GYP. BOARD FIRE PROTECTION AT UNDERSIDE OF THE
FLOOR FRAMTNG ABOVE tF ENGTNEERED WOOD JOISTS ARE USED (PER LR.C., SECTION
R302.1-3).
6) WORK TNCLUDED tN SUBSEQUENT BASEMENT FINTSH TO BE COMPLETED AT SOME
FUTURE DATE WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT.
7't ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REqUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
