1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.)
2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) AND MANUFACTURER'S
INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS.
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS".
3) WORK MUST COMPLY WITH "RURAL" ZONE DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS PER GARFIELD
COUNTY'S LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE.
4) EXISTING YURT OUTBUILDING IS APPROVED SPECIFICALLY AS A DETACHED ACCESSORY
RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FOR UNHEATED STORAGE USE. THIS STRUCTURE MAY NOT
BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGE IN USE OR
OCCUPANCY MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMITS AND/OR LAND USE
CHANGE PERMITS.
5) PROVIDE FLOOR OR LANDING AT EXTERIOR DOOR PER I.R.C., SECTION R311.3
6) UNLESS ELECTRICAL PERMIT IS ISSUED & ALL REQUIRED INSPECTION(S) OF EXISTING
ELECTRICAL SERVICE AT YURT IS APPROVED BY THE STATE OF COLORADO ELECTRICAL
BOARD, EXISTING ELECTRIC SERVICE SHALL BE DISCONNECTED & LOCKED AT BREAKER
BOX WITH SIGN POSTED AT INTERIOR INFORMING OCCUPANTS NOT TO HOOK UP TO
ELECTRICAL.
