STRUCTURE. PROVIDE ENGINEER,S APPROVAL LETTER AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION.
6) TNSULATTON VALUES AT STEEL-FRAME STRUCTURE TO MEET TNCREASED R-VALUES PER
2009 t.E.c.c., TABLE 402.2.5 (SEE SHEET A5 FOR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AT EXTERIOR
WALLS & CETLTNG/ROOF).
7) pER CRATG SUBD|V|SION EXEMPTTON PLAT NOTES, AN "ENGINEERED SEPTIC SYSTEM
MAY BE REQUIRED TO MITIGATE POTENTIAL SOIL CONSTRAINTS,,. BUILDING INSPECTOR
SHALL VERIFY SOILS AT TIME OF INSPECTION AND MAY IMPOSE THIS REQUIREMENT, IF
NECESSARY.
