A. VERIFY ANCHORAGE OF STACKED LOG STRUCTURE TO NEW FOUNDATION,
INCLUDING LATERAL STABILITY FOR SUPPORT OF ROOF STRUCTURE.
B. VERIFY SIZING & SUITABILITY OF EXISTING ROOF STRUCTURE AND COLLAR
TIES, INCLUDING COMPLIANCE WITH 2015 I.B.C. REQUIREMENTS FOR 40
P.S.F. SNOWLOADS AND 1.15 MPH ULTIMATE WIND SPEED.
C. PROVIDE ENGINEER,S REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION FOR BUILDING
INSPECTOR REVIEW.
4l pRtoR To CoNSTRUCT|ON, CONTACT LOCAL F|RE DISTRICT FOR PERTINENT FIRE CODE
REQUTREMENTS (2009 TNTERNATTONAL FIRE CODE). FIRE DISTRICT'S FINAL APPROVAL
REPORT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY.
5) ANy FUTURE CHANGES TO OCCUPANCY TYPE OR USE OF THE BUILD¡NG MUST COMPLY
wtTH AppLtcABLE ZONTNG REGULATTONS AND/OR LAND-USE CHANGE PERMITS UNDER
REQUIREMENTS OF GARFIELD COUNW,S LAND-USE DEVELOPMENT CODE. ANY SUCH
