Subject: Cotter Revised Foundation - Permit #BLRE-11-17-5023 Rob & John: 1 am reviewing the updated foundation plans for the Cotter Residence located at Gage Road outside of Rifle. Is there an updated soils report for this project? If so, can you please send a digital copy to me for our files? My guess is that's what has caused these changes from spread footings to a pier foundation ... is that correct? Once I receive the updated soils report, we should be able to finalize our updated approvals for this project. Thanks for your assistance with this matter.
