Subject: RE: 20F Temp Housing Application
Hi Reed,
Thanks for submitting the supplemental materials. Garfield County Community Development and
the County Attorney’s Office has completed review of these additional items. The following items
are still outstanding:
1. The County Attorney’s Office has requested the section of the lease that allows the tenant to
apply for a land use change permit for a temporary housing facility. If that is not stated, Ms.
Savage needs to authorize the applicant.
11. Please find the attached copy of Stallion Oil Service’s Monitoring Schedule. This can work for
the CDPHE certification. Please review the document and confirm that you would like it included
in the application.
12. The updated Stallion Oil Field Services letter states that the water demand calculation is for
75 gallons per day, per person, however the calculations that they provided break out for only
20 people on site. A Minor Temporary Housing Facility, can allow up to 24 people on site. Please
either provide a statement that will limit the number of people on site to 20, or update the
calculations to demonstrate that 75 gallons per person per day can be met for 24 people.
Please let me know if you have any questions,
Patrick Waller
