ZIEGLER and ANNETTE R. ZIELGER of the County of Garfieland State of Colorado, (Grantors), and PEREGRINE 08 INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, whose legal address is 931 Grand Avenue, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601, (Grantee): WITNESSETH, that the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto the Grantee and the Grantee's successors and assigns forever, all the real property, together with any improvements thereon, located in the County of Garfield and State of Colorado de,scribed as follows: See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, the reversions, remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
