Amendment of Paid Up Oil and Gas Lease date recorded November 29, 2010 at Receptions # 794974, between Donald R.
and Annette R. Ziegler (Lessors) and Antero Resources Piceance Corporation (Lessee) Lease covers two parcels in the SW
in Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 92 West. NOTE: Amends the Primary Term to 6 years or until October 18, 2013
and amends name of Lessors from Donald R. and Annette R. Ziegler to Peregrine 08 Investments LLC.
The above mentioned documents appear to include and affect both the surface and mineral interests. This report
reflects 100% of the surface ownership to be held by Peregrine 08 Investments, LLC. NOTE: According to the Garfield
County Assessor's Office the surface ownership is held by Donald R. and Annette R. Ziegler. This report reflects the
mineral ownership to be owned 75% by Peregrine 08 Investments LLC and Donald R and Annette R. Ziegler, and 25%
reserved and owned by Charles Howard Robinson, IND AIF and Trustee of the Clarice Jane Robinson Family Trust created
under the Last Will and Testament of Clarice Jane Robinson (deceased). See page 4/4 for breakdown.
The instruments mentioned above appear to include and affect both the surface and mineral interests/ownership and
this report assumes Charles Howard and Clarice Robinson owned 100% right, title and interest to the minerals and
that the minerals were not reserved in any prior instruments/documents.

There does not appear to be any leases that are currently within their primary term or that are HPB/HBU, additionally
though there are wells in Section 8, it does not appear there are any wells within the subject parcel. However, due to
the prior or current lease activity on these lands and/or adjacent lands in the area, the potential for oil and gas
extraction operations/development does exist.
While Dean Energy Consulting, LLC has used its best efforts to construct a complete and accurate report based on the
scope of this project, client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dean Energy Consulting, LLC and its manager for any
damages and/or liability beyond the cost of this report.
