RE: Merger and Removal of Subdivision Exemptions (Resolution: #2008-90), and Director's
Determination 2010 (date of issuance: 6/4/2010)
Dear Mr. Patrick Waller,
Regarding the Major Impact Review for a solar array on my land (Garfield County Assessor
PIN: 217905400056, Account #: R200399, 31145 6 & 24 Highway, Silt, CO 81652, Legal
summary: Section: 5 Township: 6S Range: 92W TR IN S1/2SW & SWSE. IN SEC 8 LOTS 2 &
3), I, Donald R Ziegler, manager of Peregrine 08 Investments LLC, do make it known that I
am no longer pursuing the subdivision exemptions applied for and granted in 2008 and
2010.
I formally request that these outstanding resolutions be rescinded by Garfield County as
soon as practicable. I, as owner of the above described property, hereby merge the
exemption parcels described herein and no longer wish to pursue subdivision exemption in
any manner.
