IN SEC 8 LOTS 2 & 3), I, Donald R Ziegler, manager of Peregrine 08 Investments LLC, do make it known that I am no longer pursuing the subdivision exemptions applied for and granted in 2008 and 2010. I formally request that these outstanding resolutions be rescinded by Garfield County as soon as practicable.
