Residence 183 County Road 167 — Glenwood Springs 1) ALL NEW WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.) AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) APPLICANT TO VERIFY 1,250 GALLON MINIMUM CAPACITY AT EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM. A SEPARATE SEPTIC PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO SUPPLEMENT EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM TO COMPLY WITH 1,250 GALLON TOTAL CAPACITY AS REQUIRED BY GARFIELD COUNTY'S O.W.T.S. REGULATIONS. 4) BASEMENT AREA MAY NOT BE USED ASA SEPARATE LOCK -OFF DWELLING UNIT WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT THROUGH GARFIELD COUNTY'S PLANNING DEPARTMENT. 5) VERIFY INSTALLATION OF SMOKE/CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS THROUGHOUT ENTIRETY OF EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING PER ITEMS #32 AND #33 OF PLAN ATTACHMENTS. 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION & ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
