Dear Board,
My name is David Coddington, I am a builder and resident of
Si I t Colorado. 1 have been hired by Edward and Eunice and David and
Ann Nicholson to build them a home situated on the Colorado River in
Silt Colorado across from the intersection of the 335 and 311 roads.
1 have also been chosen by the Nicholsons to present their situation
to you the Commissioners of Garfield County.
Edward and Eunice Nicholson would like to have an attatched guest
house of 816 square feet to the 2,230 square foot home of David and
Ann Nicholson, their son and daughter in-law. The home would be aftatched
by one roof line and continuous deck being only seoerated by a breeze-
way. This would give the appearance of being one home, lending itself
aesthetically to the surroundings.
David and Ann have been residents of Garfield County for some time
white Edward and Eunice Nicholson are full time residents of California.
Edward and Eunice would like to have the guest house so they can stay
with David and Ann when they come out to visit them.
Thank you for your time
Sincerely,
David Coddington
