Soils Report— Provide a digital copy of HP Geotech's soils report as referenced on Structural Engineer's drawings. 2. Driveway — We see that you have a driveway permit from Road & Bridge Dept. but we need to verify legal access for driveway along northern property boundary. Is the proposed driveway from County Road 312 located in its entirety on this property? The small sized site plan isn't clear on this issue but looks like the driveway may encroach onto your neighbor's property...please clarify. 3. Basement Level Plan — Provide floor plan layout at basement level including: a. Wall partitions and clear identification of intended use at interior spaces (especially the area located below MBR which is unclear). Also, is there a partition wall between garage and mechanical room? b. Show location of stairway at lower level — Will there be an enclosed lower landing with 20 -minute rated door from garage/mechanical room into stairway? c. Is there an exterior man -door or just overhead garage door access to exterior at lower level? Please follow-up with answers or other response to these questions at your earliest opportunity so that we can finalize our plan review.
