Letter from Mountain Cross Engineering regarding septic system impact of guest lodging has been submitted. 2. Letter from Mountain Cross Engineering regarding the adequacy of the internal driveway and applicability of the initial waiver request has been submitted. 3. The Colorado River Engineering letter dated May 5, 2017 (updated July 6, 2017) is correct and should be included in the application. 4. Improvements to the well include the addition of infrared lighting to eliminate the slight traces of coliform that were detected in the original well tests.
