Ok, will get on it somehow.

Andrew,
As long as there are not any code violations on the property, I can renew your building
permit for one last 6 month period to keep it active. Any future extensions will have to be
established as the result of completing actual work on the structure and the passing of
required inspections. Should there be a lapse in the progress of the structure, you will be
required to resubmit the application very possibly under a new addition of the building code.
We will require the existing structure to be reviewed to determine there is not any damage to
the materials and construction to date due to the length of time things have been exposed to
the elements.
We do not have any information on the partially installed septic system. It would be good to
get this system completed, inspected, and functional. This might also save you money on
having the RV black water pumped and would provide for adequate disposal of the grey water as
well. Please get this done in the next 30 days, as this is a condition to the 6 month
extension.
Please call if you have any questions or comments.

Andy,
The septic has been installed from the tanks through the leach field.
Not connected to the house, or the trailer. The feed from ejection tank varies a bit from
the drawings in it's route to the leach field. I have added an ejector pump to the system for
maximum efficiency. System not operational. System install overseen by All Service Septic The
trailer has a self contained black water tank that is pumped and removed off site by MRI.
All black water disposed of off site.
No one is living in the teepee.
Please let me know if you have any other questions, and thanks for your attention to this
matter.

Subject: expired building permit
Hello Andy,
My name is Andrew Beuter of 6195 CR 109, Carbondale. Last year my building permit (#1364)
expired. We just were unable to secure money of any kind with the economy and lending
institutions in the condition they were. This year has been fruitful and were hoping to
continue building once our season is over. Please reply with info to continue.
Thanks, Andrew H. Beuter
