Hill Builders (Nathan Moffatt) installed the system. A double-sweep clean out was installed between the house and the septic tank. The system installation included a new 1000-gallon, two-compartment Valley Precast concrete septic tank with an effluent filter installed on the outlet tee of the septic tank. This effluent filter must be cleaned annually, or as needed. Risers will bring access to the manhole lids of the septic tank to grade. Effluent gravity flows to a distribution box, which is accessible from grade. Flow Equalizers were installed on each outlet line from the distribution box to assure flow is being split as equally as possible. The soil treatment area (STA) consists of four gravelless chamber trenches, each with 9 ‘ARC 36’ chambers for a total of 540 square feet of infiltrative area. The infiltrative area was installed below the reddish brown clay horizon. There was at least 6-feet of undisturbed soil between each trench. Inspection ports will be installed at both the beginning and end of each trench. Ports may be cut to grade and covered with sprinkler boxes for access. The OWTS was generally installed according to specifications. This observation is not a guarantee of workmanship and/or parts and materials. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC should be notified if changes are made to the OWTS in the future. Any additional OWTS construction must be according to the county regulations. LIMITS: Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection. The installer must have documented and demonstrated knowledge of the requirements and regulations of the county in which they are working. The quality of the installation is dependent of the expertise of the installer, soil type, and weather conditions. Please call with questions.
