Renovation Notes:
ORemove existing door and frame assembly
0 Provide wood stud infill wall at door opening, gypsum board both
sides, match wall plane; texture and paint to match existing
3O Install new solid wood door and frame as indicated on plans.
Size to match adjacent finished door; frame similar to existing;
provide office lockset and key to match existing.
Remove existing carpet and/or pad.
5O Install new high traffic closed loop carpet/pad. Color to be
selected by owner.
Finish wall and ceiling where existing wall has been removed;
textured to match adjacent.
0 All interior walls, window sill, casing, and ceiling, after
preparation, shall receive one coat of primer and two coats of
latex -based low VOC paint. Colors to be selected by owner.
Remove existing vinyl base.
0 Install new vinyl base.
10. Cut opening in existing wall and provide trim board, jack studs
and double 2x10 structural header as rough framing for new
door.
