The shrubs and perennials will be watered via a temporary drip system or hand watered for as long as it takes to get them established, about 2 years using about half gallon to one gallon per plant per week. This system will run in the evening or at night depending on the time of year. The large grass area will use mobile hose and sprinklers to be watered in the evening or early morning depending on the time of year for about 2-3 years. In the event of a draught the plants will be watered as much as possible to avoid die off while still observing any water regulations temporarily in place.
