Max,
I would just figure the acreage @ $2500. Actual seed mixture if the polo field did not get installed would be an approved
pasture grass.

Sorry to keep bothering you, but just to confirm, my price would be to reseed with approved pasture grasses etc,
not polo grass as per our plan, correct?

Thanks. So for the permit application, should I just leave the reveg pricing blank until Steve can review or
should I put in $2,500 per acre?

We see more bonds than the other two options. It is based on the disturbed areas that would have to be revegetated
should the project stop in the middle of the job. Typically, the security is based on $2500 per acre. We can review
the plans with Steve Anthony our Vegetation Manager to come up with an amount of the bond. He also does the
inspections related to releasing the security one reveg has been achieved.

Andy
We are planning to submit for our grading permit for the polo club in the next few days. I understand you
require financial security for site reclamation. With the size of this project that will be a considerable sum. Is
it required to be cash? Or can it be a bond or letter of credit?
Thanks.
