2) Permanent address assigncd by Garñeld County Building Department and posted at the
sEucture and where readily visible from access road.
3) A finished roof; a lockable building; completed exterior siding; exterior doors and windows
installed; a complctc kitchen with cabinets, sink with hot & cold nrnning wat€r, non-absorbent
kitchen floor covering, counter ûops and finished walls, ready for stove and refrigerator; all
n€cesstry plumbing.
4) All bathrooms must be complete, with washbowl, tub or showef, toilet, hot and coldnrnning
water, non-absorbent floors, walls finished, and privacy door.
5) Steps over three (3) risers, outside or inside mr¡st be must have handrails. Balconies and decks
ovei 30'high must be constructed to all IBC and IRC requirements including guardrails.
6) Outside grading completed so that water slopes away from thc building;
?) Exceptions to the outside steps, decks, grading may be made upon the demonstration of
extenuating circumstances., i.e. wcather. Under such circumstances A Certificate of
Occupancy may be issued conditionally.
8) A final inspection sign offby the Garfield Cormty Road & Bridge Department for driv_eway
installat¡on, where applicable; as well as any final sign offby the Fire District, and/or State
Agencies whele applicable.
