18-8633 and the Land llse Change Permit recorded under reception # 882420,
the Director of the Community Development Department hereby authorizes an
Amended Land Use Change Permit to modiff the Conditions of Approval, for the
following activity (Site Plan - Exhibit 1):

The Amended Land Use Change Permit is issued subject to the conditions set
forth in the above-mentioned Land Use Change Permit (Exhibit 2) and the

3), and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and other
applicable provisions of the Garfield Coun$ Land Use and Development Gode, as
amended, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of Gounty

Conditions of Approval
1. That all representations of the Applicant contained in the Amendment
Application submittals shall be conditions of approval unless specifically amended
or modified by the conditions conta¡ned herein.
2. All previous conditions of approval contained in the Land Use Change
Permit (reception number 882420), attached as Exhibit l, shall remain in full force
and effect.
3. The Applicant shall maintain compliance with all standards as required by
the Land Use and Development Code of 2013.
4. Condition Number 13 within the Land Use Change Permit (reception
number 8824201shall be modified to read as follows:
On or before April 19, 2019, the temporary vault and haul septíc sysfem authorized
by Permit # SEPT-04-17-4681 shall be removed and replaced wíth either: (1\
connection to and service prcvided by the Roaring Fork Water and Sanitation
District (RFWSD) or(2) installation of a permanent OWTS consistentwith the site
plans and representations made within the application.
