Number 2018-7) of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, State of
Colorado, the following activity is hereby authorized by Land Use Change Permit:

Exhibit C
Conditions of Approval
Prior to the lssuance of the Land Use Change Permit
1. prior to the issuance of the Land Use Change Permit, the applicant shall submit a
well pump test that meets the standards in Section'4-203(MX1X-bX5Xa). A
statemeni from a qualified professional shall be submitted to Community
Development that states the wellwill be adequate to-supply waterforthe proposed
uses. the pump test shall be reviewed and accepted by the Community
Development Department and the county designated engineer.
Z. prior to the issuance of the Land Use Change Permit, the applicant shall submit a
water quality test that meets the standards in Section 4-203(MXlXbXSXc). lf any
contaminant exceeds required standards the applicant shall provide a letter from
a qualified professional that details how the well can be brought into compliance.
Any recommended upgrades or system changes to the water distribution system
from that letter shall bã required to be installed prior to the issuance of the Land
Use Change Permit. The water quality test shall be reviewed and accepted by the
Com mu n ity Development Department'
3. prior to the issuance of the Land Use Change Permit, the applicant shall obtain an
Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Permit from Garfield Gounty
Communi$ Development for any OWTS on the property'
Operational Conditions
4. All representations made by the Applicant in the application shall be conditions of
appróvaf unless specifically altered by the conditions of approval of the Board.
S. The facility shall be operated in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and
local reguiations governing the operation of this type of facil1y,
6. The applicant shall comply with all Division of Water Resources well permit
requirements.
7. During construction the applicant shall utilize temporary storm water infrastructure
as indicated in the application to address potential runoff issues.
g. The use shall comply with applicable County and State noise requirements.
9. The height of the silos shall not exceed zone district height requirements.
10.Hours of operation for the use shall be 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through
SaturdaY.

11. The applioant shall obtain any required Garfield County Building Permits.
12. No fugitive dust from the use shall impact adjacent properties
