The distance you asked about from the shed to the house will be a minimum of 28 feet. Sorry about that, it is kind of hiding on the site plan. Please let us know of anything else we need to clarify. Can you please have your Engineer verify that foundation design will comply with 40 PSF? You can simply have him send an email directly to me confirming this. As soon as we have these 2 items addressed we'll be able to issue the permit. I will go ahead & issue the building permit, but we still need to receive confirmation from your Structural Engineer verifying that foundation design will adequately support the 40 PSF snow load requirement prior to foundation inspection and this requirement is redlined on your set of plans. you should be receiving a call from the ladies at the front desk with instructions for permit pick-up and final balances due.
