Construction Attn: Blake Piland 5030 County Road 154 Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601 blake @ buildwithrm.com Project No. 17-7-423.4 Subject:Foundation Bearing Conditions, Steel Reinforcement Observation and Concrete Testing, Proposed Residence, Lot72, konbridge, 1219 Rive¡ Bend Way, Garfield County, Colorado Gentlemsn As requested, we are providing a suÍrmary of our observations and testing at the subject site for the building foundation bearing, steel reinforcement placement and foundation concrete. The foundation bearing conditions and steel reinforcement observations were presented in reports dated December 5, 20L7 anð concrete testing repo¡ts dated December 6, 2017, Project No. 17-7-423.4 The soil conditions at the lot were presented in our report dated June 30,2Q17, Project No. 17-7-423 and suitable for support of a structural slab designed for the rccommended allowable bearing pressure of I,500 psf or subgrade modulus of 100 tcf. The observed steel reinforcement placement was in accordance with the structural drawings. In our opinion, the bearing conditions, steel reinforcement placement and concrete strength are consistent with the foundation design drawings.
