Specifically, I looked at the following conditions: - Sistered 2x8 rafter framing on existing rafters that had previous wood rot. The existing rafters were treated for the rot, and sistered with 2x8's for strengthening, as well as 2x4's above that to provide new support at the plywood. This condition is acceptable as framed. - Exísting window openings were framed with the sill plate interrupting one of the king studs, leaving only a single king stud on the side of the openings. The size of a number of these openings were modified, but in those cases, the window has only grown smaller. KL&A has reviewed the framing condition at each opening and determined that the existing single king stud is acceptable. No action ís required.
