technical aspects of the augmantation plan. We anticipate that
the Water Court Application-will be filed in March and that the
decree will be entered in the mid to late summer. We are
confident that both a legal and physical water supply will be
available to the new Parcel.

Creek. The property in question is within the boundaries of the Glenwood Springs Rural Fire
Protection District and fire and EMS response will continue as it now does.
Please be advised that if the owners of the property intend to further develop the area,
requirements of the Uniform Fire Code may apply. These requirements would include adequate
water supply for fire flows, adequate road grades, widths and surfaces as well as wildland fire
