I am / building installing exterior concrete stairs from my main level to the walk out
basement level on the side of the existing house. The stairs will be located on the
North side of the house, please see: Attachment One, project site plan.

forthcoming in phase Two of Two of developments but shown on the site plan
3) The most recent Improvement Survey Plat.
4) A 24" x 36" Site Plan detailing the project: Phase One - the exterior concrete
stairs and Phase Two the ADU.
