Re: Stoddard Exemption
We have reviewed the material submitted for the above referenced
exemption request. The developer proposes to use wells for the water
supply which would intercept ground water at a point where there is still
water available for appropriation. This office can issue individual domes-
tic well permits and we recommend approval of the above exemption.
