DECEMBER 29, 1982 AS RECEPTION NO. 335560, SITUATED IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 7 SOUTH,
RANGE 87 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., COUNTY OF GARFIELD, STATE OF COLORADO. SAID
EASEMENT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HOMESTEAD 13; THENCE N88°32'17"W 150.00
