Your assistance with our completeness review process is requested on any legal issues associated with ownership, authorizations, mineral rights, and legal descriptions and platting. A future referral will also be distributed to you for additional comments after a determination of completeness. Please provide your comments as soon as you schedule allows for the Black Bridge Condominiums (October 11th if possible) and by October 16th for the Panorama Ranches Amended Final Plat.
