It has been an incredible amount of work to get to this point. We were originally hoping for 90-120 days in the contract, but unfortunately we only received 45 days to get through approvals. So, I hope we have enough time to get these plans reviewed and approved by our last objection deadline Monday 4/30. We need to obtain a preliminary design approval from the HOA for our construction financing. If we do not have an approval from the HOA by Monday 4/30 we will have to terminate our contract and we, of coarse, do not want to do that.
