However, I wanted to point out to you that one of the conditions of permit is for you to contact Greg Bak β€” Deputy Fire Chief at Glenwood Springs Fire District β€” to arrange for him to conduct a walk-through of your building so that he can determine any specific fire code requirements applicable to your remodel project. Before our building inspector can provide you with final inspection & a certificate of occupancy, we will need to receive a report from the fire district signing off on your project. I have copied Greg on this email so that you can reach out to him either through email or you may call him at (970) 384-6480. When we flowed from the building the pressure was drastically low. I checked with the water department which assured me there is adequate pressure on the line and I indicated that back to the sprinkler contractor, who said he'd check into it further. I will contact him early this week for his findings. -- Greg From: Dave Argo <dargo@garfield-county.com> Sent: Friday, September 14, 2018 8:25 AM To: trannybros@hotmail.com; scottffcinc@gmail.com Cc: Greg Bak Subject: National Transmission - Permit #BLCO-08-18-5401 Joel & Constance: We have reviewed and approved your application for building permit to remodel your commercial building located at 50629 Highway 6 & 24 in Glenwood Springs, and you should be receiving a call later today from our front desk to confirm final balances due and pick-up instructions.
