P.O Drawer 398 Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 97n 945.5138 www.Tramwrar.ner RECEIVED OCT 17 2018 GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Per our conversation on October 5th, I have created the attached addendum to the plan set submitted for your review. This addendum is specifically intended to demonstrate how the flow of staff and guest will be managed during the period between Phase I completion and Phase II completion. Attached Drawings: AS1 — Phase I Completion South Elevation & Site Plan Flow AS2 — Phase I Lower Floor Plan AS3 — Phase I Main Floor Plan Phasing Narratives: Phase I will include all foundation work, structural steel, structural steel decking and concrete slabs. The new aerial tramway (by Leitner-Poma) and gondola loading deck will be completed for public use during this initial phase. The upper slab of the loading deck will have radiant heat tubing installed into the concrete slab, but the boiler for heat circulation will not be installed until Phase II. With the exception of the lower floor electrical room, the grip bay building west of gridline C will be left unfinished with only the foundation, steel, decking and concrete slabs completed. The lower floor electrical room (shown on sheet AS2) will be dried in and completed per the submitted plan set to house the required drive systems and electrical equipment needed to operate the new tramway. Egress from the electrical room will be via two egress exists that will merge under the gondola loading deck into a common pathway. The electrical room exit door onto the finished lower level concrete slab will be directed by temporary wooden guardrails to the above mentioned pathway. A temporary barrier wall at the main level will restrict guest access into the uncompleted grip building west of gridline C. Phase II will include the completion of the light gauge walls, siding, insulation, drywall, roof assemblies, sprinkler system and all mechanical, plumbing and electrical P.O. It will also include the closure wall under the south edge of the loading deck. This phase will finish the grip bay, storage and office areas for occupancy. During this phase the temporary roof will be removed from the electrical room and it will become part of the interior finished space.
