1) ALL NEW WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE
(I.R.C.) AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES AS NOTED
ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2000 PSF
AS SPECIFIED ON STRUCTURAL ENGINEER'S DRAWINGS.
4) SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES LOCATED WITHIN ASPEN GLEN'S P.U.D. AND GREATER
THAN 6,200 S.F. IN SIZE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER
SYSTEM, AND THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 13D
OR I.R.C., SECTION P2904. VERIFY ALL REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS
WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE BUILDING INSPECTOR EVIDENCE OF ROUGH -IN
APPROVAL AT FRAME INSPECTION, AND FIRE DISTRICT SIGN-OFF/APPROVAL IS
REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
5) WORK MUST COMPLY WITH ALL CONDITIONS OF GARFIELD COUNTY LAND USE CHANGE
PERMIT # GAPA-08-17-8571 AND ALL REQUIREMENTS OF ASPEN GLEN P.U.D.'S FINAL
AMENDED PLAT.
6) VERIFY INSTALLATION OF SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS THROUGHOUT
ENTIRETY OF EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE PER ITEMS #32 AND #33 OF PLAN
ATTACHMENTS.
7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION & ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY.
