1) ALL WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT TO COMPLY WITH 2015 I.B.C., I.M.C., I.P.C., I.F.C. AND
2009 I.E.CC., IN ADDITION TO MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS.
2) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE "RURAL" ZONE DISTRICT AS
DEFINED IN GARFIELD COUNTY'S LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE, AS WELL AS ANY
CURRENT LAND USE CHANGE PERMITS.
3) A FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE (FEMA FORM 81-31), SEALED BY A COLORADO
PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION AS
VERIFICATION THAT FINAL FLOOR ELEVATION IS A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES ABOVE
FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION AS ILLUSTRATED ON THE SITE PLAN.
4) BUILDING IS APPROVED AS CONSTRUCTION TYPE "V -B" (NON-SPRINKLERED) WITH
OCCUPANCY GROUP "S-2" (LOW -HAZARD STORAGE) USE.
5) CONTACT LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT FOR PERTINENT I.F.C. REQUIREMENTS. FIRE DISTRICT'S
FINAL APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY.
6) EGRESS DOORS, LOCKS, LATCHES & DOOR LANDINGS PER 2015 I.B.C., SECTION 1010.
7) LIGHT AND VENTILATION PER 2015 I.B.C., CHAPTER 12.
8) ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS, PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE
ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAMING
INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
