AND 2009 I.E.CC., IN ADDITION TO MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS. 2) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE "RURAL" ZONE DISTRICT AS DEFINED IN GARFIELD COUNTY'S LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE, AS WELL AS ANY CURRENT LAND USE CHANGE PERMITS. 3) A FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE (FEMA FORM 81-31), SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION AS VERIFICATION THAT FINAL FLOOR ELEVATION IS A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES ABOVE FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION AS ILLUSTRATED ON THE SITE PLAN. 4) BUILDING IS APPROVED AS CONSTRUCTION TYPE "V -B" (NON-SPRINKLERED) WITH OCCUPANCY GROUP "S-2" (LOW -HAZARD STORAGE) USE. 5) CONTACT LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT FOR PERTINENT I.F.C. REQUIREMENTS. FIRE DISTRICT'S FINAL APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) EGRESS DOORS, LOCKS, LATCHES & DOOR LANDINGS PER 2015 I.B.C., SECTION 1010. 7) LIGHT AND VENTILATION PER 2015 I.B.C., CHAPTER 12. 8) ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS, PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
