EnCana is planning to construct a pump house building to enclose the main water pumps at the Middle Fork Water Storage Facility. The water pumps will be removing reclaimed water from the surge containment pond and transferring the water to existing EnCana operating facilities. I have included with this building permit application the parcel number, the minimum requirements questionnaire, a stamped site plan, two copies of the building plans, and the planning check for the amount of $372.48. I have spoken with Jake Mall (Garfield County Road and Bridge Department) and Mr. Mall has explained that EnCana does not need a driveway permit since the access road leading into the proposed facility is located on EnCana property. Mr. Mall further explained that he will provide the necessary documentation to the Garfield County Planning Department. The pump house building will not have an individual septic disposal system and will not have personnel living within the building; except for operating the water pumps.
