3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1200 PSF.
4) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, I5
REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT STRUCTURE - INCLUDING
ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING
ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS.
5) A BUILDING HEIGHT ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL
LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
OF AS -BUILT ROOFS WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S 25 -FEET MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT
LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE.
6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
