5) COMply WITH WILDF|RE M|T|GATTON AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REQUIREMENTS
PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE, LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT & PINYON MESA H.O.A.
PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL REPORT FROM LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT PRIOR TO FINAL
BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
6) ELECTRTCAL pERMtTTtNG AND TNSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD,
ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
