GARFIELD COUNTY REQUIRES C.D.O.H. FIRE SEPARATION BETWEEN UNITS SHALL BE CONTINUOUS EXTENDING FROM FOUNDATION OR FOOTING UP TO UI\DERSIDE OF ROOF SHEATHING, AND WALLS SHALL EXTEND TO AND BE TrGHT AGATNST EXTERTOR WALLS. (1.R.C., SECTTONS R302.3 & R302.4) 8) BU|LDTNG SHALL BE PROVTDED W|TH RESIDENTIAL FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM lN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 1.3D. COORDINATE ALL FIRE SPRINKLER REQUIREMENTS, INSPECTIONS & APPROVALS WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT, PROVIDE FINAL APPROVAL LETTER AND SIGN-OFF REPORT FOR INSPECTOR REVIEW PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION. 9) ALL PLUMBING AND GAS PtPtNG CONNECTIONS MUST BE PERFORMED BY A COLORADO LICENSED PLUMBER, AND ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS MUST BE PERFORMED BY A COLORADO LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. 10) ELECTRTCAL PERM|TTTNG AND TNSPECTTONS BY STATE OF COLORADO ELECTRTCAL BOARD ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
